Day's Motor Group are excited to be adding the Lepas brand to our portfolio of dealerships in Swansea and we are therefore looking to appoint a Sales Manager to run this exciting new department.
Lepas are part of the Chery Group with big aspirations for the UK market, we are currently creating a brand new showroom between our existing Ford and Peugeot showrooms in Plasmarl and we are excited to be one of the first Lepas dealers in the UK. Initially we see this Sales Manager role being a ' Selling Sales Manager ' role, very much hands on working with a small team and helping our Lepas customers through their new car journey from enquiry to handover. As the brand expands we would be looking for the Sales Manager to build a team that represents Lepas and Day's, focused on exceptional customer service and delivering exceptional results.
Naturally a full UK driving is a pre requisite of the role along with the right to work in the UK.
