Key Responsibilities
Support the content development and delivery of the two new masters courses Advanced Management (Healthcare Technologies) and Advanced Management (Sports, Business and Leadership). Build upon the success of its AgorIP, All-Wales Intensive Learning Academy for Health & Social Care partnership, and wider City Region working the Centre aims to expand its portfolio in support of the University’s civic mission, enterprise agendas and strategy around sport, health and wellbeing.
Develop and manage a hybrid learning centre, new courses/programmes, and a community of Practice to connect learners, requiring the creation of a hybrid academic/professional services team to support development of innovation practice and skills in sport, health and wellbeing.
Oversight of a portfolio of skills programmes (and workshop) opportunities at varying levels of maturity, assist in setting up the centre of excellence, and help develop the community of practice.
Engage with senior academics, professional learners, professional service teams, executives and other stakeholders to take appropriate actions.
- Clear organisational skills, understanding the reporting and administrative processes of the funders, excellent time management skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to be adaptable.
Conduct background research of opportunities, including exploring resourcing of the portfolio and help with delivery of critical project elements.
