Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a multi award-winning Michelin restaurant in Swansea, Wales.
We offer a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity to work at the top of the industry, with a package worth up to £42,000. As Chef de Partie, you’ll be part of a passionate, elite team producing breathtaking tasting menus from the finest luxury seasonal ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Organise your section, ensuring all prep is completed to the exacting Michelin standard.
- Keep the kitchen immaculately clean and ready for every service.
- Support the Head Chef and team to deliver an extraordinary dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous Michelin experience; a strong 2 rosette candidate with genuine passion and commitment will also be considered.
- Excellent culinary skills, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure kitchen.
Working Hours and Location
- Hours: 8am to close, four days per week.
- Ideal candidates based near Swansea, Loughor, Llanelli, Mumbles or Port Talbot.
- Relocation is very much welcomed for the right candidate.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Package of £32,000 (based on a 48‑hour week). Share of tips (usually at least £10,000 per year, paid monthly). Meals on duty. 4‑day working week.
