Swansea Bay Laboratory Medicine team is keen to modernise our service through embracing new ways of working, are committed to developing our knowledge and skills and actively seek to develop others into a professional multidisciplinary team.

Staff will be trained to work in all sections of the Laboratory Medicine (Blood Sciences) laboratory with a unique opportunity to rotate into Routine Haematology, Coagulation, Blood Transfusion and General Biochemistry.

We welcome applications from candidates with existing skills in a single discipline such as haematology & transfusion or biochemistry with a willingness to cross-train.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
