We have an opportunity available for a Support Worker Waking Nights Extra Care to join the team at Harpers Green based in Padgate, Warrington WA2 0YN.
Salary: £12.60 hourly
Weekly Hours: 27 weekly hours, 3 night shifts per week (22:00pm - 07:00am)

Responsibilities:
- The role of a Waking Nights Support Worker is an incredibly rewarding one and involves supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently in their own apartments.
- You’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the people you support, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
- You will be working with vulnerable individuals who may require different levels of support, including prompting medication, check-ins, carrying out domestic tasks and lone working.
- It will be your responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the tenants while ensuring that they are able to maintain their independence and make their own choices.
- You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with tenants and their families.
- You will be working as part of a dedicated team of professionals and will have access to ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role.
Qualifications:
- You do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role.
- On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
