We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Kidwelly. They provide round the clock care to a diverse range of service users, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour. The service users are vibrant and active, often enjoying community activities such as bowling, cinema trips, singing and dancing. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering service users of all ages and personalities. You will help them celebrate their individuality and live in line with their support plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting social, educational and work related activities to enhance emotional, cultural and physical well-being
  • Providing personal care when required
  • Assisting with general housekeeping and domestic duties
  • Shifts are varied, including long days, wakeful nights and occasional sleep-ins, offering flexibility and variety in your working week
