Do you have experience, or are you looking for a career supporting vulnerable young people living in semi‑independent accommodation? We may have just the role for you. We are a Charity focused on people rather than profit and are looking for a Support Worker to join our expanding Independent Living Services Team, where we house and support young people 16+ under Local Authority Care across Gloucestershire, including Hereford, Swindon and Bristol.
The work is full‑time (37.5 hours per week) on a rota basis. You will need flexibility to work varying shifts, including day and evening shifts, weekends and bank holidays. A full UK driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
We provide bespoke support packages to suit a broad range of young people, from 24/7 to a few hours per week, with a focus on quality that meets Ofsted Standards and enhances independence, confidence and capability.

Position Details
- Position: Support Worker – Independent Living Services (Job ID 1089)
- Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hour shifts, 5 days out of 7, day and evening as required, includes weekends and bank holidays)
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Gloucestershire and surrounding areas, as required by service needs (could include Hereford, Swindon & Bristol)
- Pay: £26,230 per year (Band B)
