We are looking for a support worker to join our Service in Llandudno Junction. Are you caring and enthusiastic in supporting others, as we are with the people we support? If yes, please read on as this may be the role for you.
Please note that after June 2026, hours will be amended to 20 hours per week, as the extra 10 hours are to cover maternity leave.
What we’ll give you:
- £12.21 per hour
- 30 hours per week (until June 2026 and will go to 20 hours due to maternity leave cover ending).

What you’ll be doing:
The people we support are adults aged between 18 and 65 years of age who may have a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Difficulties. You will support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being, participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are. You will create a safe and happy place where those we support can receive excellent care and positive support. This is within a residential service for up to 8 adults located in the village of Mochdre.
Who you are:
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.
- Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
- Flexible as shifts are on a rota basis and can be mornings, lates, weekends and covering wake nights when required.
