To support a 55‑year‑old lady who is a stroke survivor and wheelchair user to access the community. Client’s mobility car to be used (driving licence required).

Main Duties

  • Manual Handling (Hoist – training will be given)
  • Prepping meals
  • Light household duties
  • Shopping
  • Meet family members for social activity
  • Attend Stroke Club when possible

Hours: 6hrs per week – days and times to be discussed
