Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good and creating eye‑catching displays? Do you have an eye for detail? If so, at eXPD8, we are looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Tesco Stratford Rd, Stroud (GL5 4AG).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions displayed attractively, and shelves are well‑stocked.
- Comply with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
- Follow planograms to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
- Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback application.
Qualifications:
- Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership of work within set time frames, using initiative to find solutions.
- Take pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
- Comfortable with manual handling (move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor).
- Willing to accept home deliveries of point‑of‑sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra).
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer task‑related questions.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.

Employment Details:
Confirmed working days/hours: Wednesdays – 8 hours during store opening hours (start time flexible). Locations: Cam‑Dursley GL11 Wootton, Express GL12 Paganhill, Stroud Exp GL5 Nailsworth, Stroud Exp GL6, Stroud Chalford Exp GL6. Plus ad‑hoc work as interested and agreed.
