We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist/Administrator to join our administration team. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing telephone enquiries, maintaining records and calendars, supporting staff briefings, preparing reception materials, and overseeing general office duties.
The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies, contribute positively to the wider school community, and engage in ongoing training and development.
St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin's an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
QualificationsCandidate will require an enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references prior to taking up the post.
