Overview

Location: Brimscombe, Stroud

Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, support and develop a team
  • Oversee daily operations, rotas and service delivery in our men's residential treatment service
  • Hold a small caseload and support clients’ recovery journeys
  • Ensure a safe, trauma‑responsive, CQC‑compliant environment
  • Drive service improvement and innovation

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in a residential addiction setting
  • Experience supervising or developing staff
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma‑informed practice
  • Excellent communication & IT skills
  • NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
  • Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
