1st Enable Ltd is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to assist the Senior Support Worker and Service Manager in providing outstanding support to individuals who enjoy active lives. The Support Worker role requires flexibility with shift work, nights, evenings and weekends to ensure smooth service delivery on a 12/24/36 hour contract, on a 2 week rolling rota, 8pm to 8am.

Support Worker Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with individuals
  • Deliver care as outlined in care and person-centred plans
  • Assist individuals with daily personal care tasks

Qualifications

  • A Level 3 qualification or above in health and social care is desirable; support for achieving this qualification is available
  • Experience as a Support Worker, Health Care Assistant, Care Worker, or carer preferred, or experience with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Support, or Autism/Complex Behaviours.
  • Driving Licence required
