• Manchester are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Online Sales Operative to join a busy re-use and retail operation in Trafford Park.

This is a hands‑on role combining online sales, customer service, stock management, and order fulfilment, helping turn quality donated items into affordable products for customers.

Location: Trafford Park Hours: Monday

• Friday 8am-4pm with some flexibility required.

Key Duties: List products online with accurate descriptions and photos Price, prepare and merchandise stock to maximise sales Process Click & Collect orders, returns and refunds Deliver excellent customer service and sales support Manage stock levels and maintain a tidy, organised workspace Operate the till and reconcile card payments Support volunteers and work closely with the wider site team Ensure all products meet safety and compliance standards What We're Looking For: Previous retail, online sales or customer service experience Confident using online selling platforms and IT systems Strong communication and organisation skills An eye for quality products and pricing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift licence/experience desirable but not essential.
