Undertake Occupational Therapy assessment with a designated service user caseload, addressing occupational performance and skills deficits to meet service users' needs.

Plan and implement Occupational Therapy interventions (individual or group), using graded activity to achieve therapeutic goals.

Monitor, evaluate and modify treatment to measure progress and ensure effective intervention.
