We are looking for experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team. Salary is £27,034.80 per annum plus monthly bonus scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week March to October and 30 hours per week November to February. You will work as part of a team delivering professional grounds maintenance services across multiple sites, travelling between locations according to the daily work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting and general site upkeep.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure sites are maintained to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management and site users.
  • Follow health and safety procedures while working on site.

Essential Attributes

  • Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred.
  • Appropriate Team Leader/Supervisory experience.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
