We provide companionship, wellbeing support, and meaningful community engagement for people who may be experiencing loneliness, reduced confidence, or changes in mobility. About the Role
We are looking for warm, reliable, community-minded individuals to join us as Bank Companions. This is a highly rewarding and flexible role supporting older adults both at home and within the local community. No two days are the same. Support may include:
- Friendly companionship visits
- Supporting someone to attend local groups or appointments
- Gentle walks or outings
- Social activities and community engagement
- Encouraging confidence and independence
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys conversation, building relationships, and helping others feel included and valued.
