Role
- Lead and oversee a busy sales department—including Sales Executives, the Business Manager, and administrative team members—reporting directly to the General Manager
- Manage the team to deliver a seamless sales process while maintaining close customer engagement throughout the vehicle purchase journey
- Ensure adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards, including compliance with FCA and financial regulations
- Set and surpass targets for unit sales, finance penetration, and additional aftermarket products
- Coach, develop, and mentor the sales team, using structured training and performance management to boost individual and team effectiveness
Requirements
- Must have a Full UK Driving License
- 1+ years experience as a Sales manager at an independent garage, used car dealership or main dealer environment is needed
