Qualified Teacher Status:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Subject Expertise:A Geography-related degree and strong subject knowledge.
Critical Thinking:Excellent critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, rigour, and a creative approach to solving problems.
Inclusive Practice:A commitment to inclusive education and ensuring every student has the opportunity to achieve and succeed.
Communication Skills:Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the school community.
