Production Operatives Required
Location: Trentham Lakes (ST4)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate press machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
- Monitor machine operation and quality of products
- Assist with loading and unloading materials (manual handling as required)
- Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow health and safety procedures
- Record production data and report any faults or issues promptly
Minimum Requirements
- Working in a fast paced environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work safely around machinery and as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered)
- Previous manufacturing or press machine experience is an advantage but not essential
Pay Rate
£13.39 rising to £13.96 (after 12 weeks) per hour / PAYE, paid weekly. Statutory deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply.
Working Hours
36.5 Hours
Monday-Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00 / Friday 06:00 to 13:00
Rotating With Monday-Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00 / Friday 13:00 to 20:00
