Production Operatives Required

Location: Trentham Lakes (ST4)

Temporary Role and key responsibilities for Production Operatives:

  • Operate press machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
  • Monitor machine operation and quality of products
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials (manual handling as required)
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow health and safety procedures
  • Record production data and report any faults or issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Working in a fast paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work safely around machinery and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered)
  • Previous manufacturing or press machine experience is an advantage but not essential

Pay and Working Hours:

  • Pay rate: £13.39 rising to £13.96 (after 12 weeks) per hour / PAYE, paid weekly. Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply.
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00, Friday: 06:00 to 13:00
  • Week 2 – Monday to Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00, Friday: 13:00 to 20:00
