We’re currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives to join our client’s growing team at their state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Stoke‑on‑Trent. These are full‑time, permanent positions with immediate starts available.

Shifts: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm OR 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm OR Night Shifts (Monday to Friday, no weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all health & safety procedures and report any hazards or defects
  • Carry out product quality checks in line with ISO and SOP requirements
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety in your work area
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure production targets are met
  • Operate hand tools, air/power tools and measuring tools (1 mm tolerance)
  • Read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Take responsibility for work progress and quality
  • Engage in feedback and continuous improvement processes

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or fast‑paced production environment
  • A strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail
  • Skilled in using tools and measuring equipment
  • Physically able to lift and move materials safely
  • A proactive, team‑oriented approach
