A person is required to operate machinery in our door and doorset manufacturing workshops.
Responsibilities
- Operate various machinery, including:
- Cross and rip saws
- Mitre saws
- Spindle moulder
- Thicknesser
- CNC router
- Spraying equipment
- Laminating equipment such as presses and laminate trimmers
- General electric hand tools such as circular saws and drills
Qualifications
- Ideally the candidate would be comfortable operating the above machinery, or have experience operating some and be willing to receive training on the others.
- General understanding of gluing, clamping and other joinery practices is an advantage.
- Forklift operating experience would also be an advantage.
Working Hours
This position is part-time; full-time may be available for the applicant's preference.
