About the Role
We are looking for someone with a well‑rounded skill set who brings both experience and a genuine passion for supporting others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a psychology service to support students with complex needs
- Identify and deliver appropriate tailored therapy and interventions to promote and develop students' mental, emotional, physical, and social wellbeing
- Liaise with families and carers to support student progress and help them achieve their outcomes
- Carry out home visits and build positive, supportive relationships with families
- Welcome new starters through thoughtful and thorough assessments
- Deliver engaging, subject‑specific training to help colleagues thrive
- Manage EHCPs and contribute to meaningful, person‑centred annual reviews
- Work collaboratively with mental health professionals to support individual needs
