- Be able to independently manage a varied commercial property caseload from start to finish, across commercial property transactions, landlord and tenant matters and commercial property finance working with both lenders and borrowers.
- Possess high levels of speed and accuracy, be highly organised, and have excellent project management skills.
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders within the local community and beyond.
