Car Sales Executive in Stoke-on-Trent

We are currently recruiting for a Used Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a prominent car supermarket group based in Stoke, Staffordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales professional seeking to excel within a high-volume used car operation.

• Basic salary of £22,000 plus uncapped commission
• Realistic on-target earnings of £48,000+; top performers earning up to £60,000
• Leads provided and high footfall environment
• 28 days holiday entitlement
• 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays on a rota

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Welcome and assist customers through the showroom experience
• Understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles from a stock of over 550 vehicles
• Arrange test drives and confidently present value-added products
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate vehicle and customer records as a Car Sales Executive
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a presentable appearance

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Proven face-to-face sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar retail environment
• Confident, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail with a team-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• FCA accreditation is preferred or willingness to undergo training
