You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.
Where you'll be working: Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. This is a unique service within Staffordshire supporting 3 people, where we offer supportive living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.
