St George’s is a vibrant and nurturing learning environment with a dynamic team committed to providing excellence in teaching and learning. The successful candidate will support a child with an Education, Health and Care Plan and work closely with our staff to provide learning support.
The post holder will be based at St George’s C.E. Primary School and will provide Teaching Assistant (SEN) support with Midday Assistant duties.
Responsibilities- Support learning and provide interventions as required to aid pupil progress.
- Support children in KS2; deliver targeted learning activities and differentiate as needed.
- Uphold the Christian ethos and the distinctive character of the school; be a positive role model to pupils.
- Promote pupil well-being, behaviour, and safety; work collaboratively with staff and families.
- Contribute to a supportive, caring, and well‑resourced school environment.
- Experience in delivering interventions and supporting children at KS2.
