Responsibilities
- Assisting children with SEND to engage fully in learning and reach their potential.
- Working closely with families, staff, and external agencies to create tailored support plans that meet each child’s needs.
- Promoting an inclusive, nurturing environment where all children feel valued, supported, and able to thrive.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or higher UK recognised early years qualification
- Excellent understanding of EYFS
- Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
- Experience working with children with SEND requirements
- Must hold an enhanced DBS check (mandatory)
- Regular safeguarding and training completion is required
