This nursery is the newest addition to our client’s growing group and has been thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming, home-from-home environment where children can develop new skills with confidence. Children enjoy access to a beautiful outdoor woodland area alongside fun, age-specific rooms ensuring there’s never a dull moment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner or Room Leader who is confident managing a room on a day-to-day basis. You will be comfortable making routine decisions, organising staff and activities, and maintaining high standards with minimal supervision.
Before You ApplyThis role requires recent experience working as a Room Leader or senior practitioner within an early years setting. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) is essential. This position is not suitable for candidates without leadership responsibility at room level.

- Lead the day-to-day running of your designated nursery room

- Maintain safeguarding, welfare, and ratio requirements
- Guide and support practitioners within the room
- Communicate effectively with parents and senior staff
- Monitor observations, learning journals, and room standards
