We’re seeking a Product Analyst to support the oversight and performance of a general insurance product portfolio, ensuring products deliver fair value and positive customer outcomes. The role focuses on product quality assurance and governance, including reviewing data, documentation and product changes for accuracy, consistency and value. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external distribution partners, identifying issues, supporting improvements and maintaining strong working relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and monitor product performance, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct audits of distribution partners (site visits and remote reviews)
  • Produce audit reports, track actions and ensure timely resolution
  • Support product governance, including policy wordings, IPIDs, TMS and customer journeys
  • Complete and maintain Fair Value Assessments (FVA)
  • Attend Product Oversight & Governance (JPOG) meetings and present findings
  • Support product enhancements, documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Build strong relationships with intermediaries and partners

What we’re looking for

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Confident communicator, written and verbal
  • Self‑motivated with good planning and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365

Desirable

  • Insurance industry experience (product or underwriting)
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Exposure to product governance documentation or reporting
