Part-Time Mental Health Nurse – Physical Health Team in Stockport

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Physical Health & Treatment Team in Stockport. This part-time role involves working across multiple sites to promote continuity of care in administering treatments and monitoring the health of mental health patients.
