Looking for a varied office role where no two days are the same? We're recruiting for a friendly and reliable Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, keeping organised, and being part of a hardworking office environment. If you're confident using computers, enjoy helping people, and can manage different tasks throughout the day, we'd love to hear from you. Full support and training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Data Entry of customer details
- Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Raising purchase orders when needed
- Speaking with customers over the phone and by email in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Keeping paperwork and electronic records organised and up to date
- Chasing outstanding orders and helping ensure deliveries are on time
- Communicating customer requirements with other departments across the business
- Helping with stock checks and general office support duties
- Working closely with colleagues to keep everything running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- Good communication and customer service skills
