Stockport Campus The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for an experienced lecturer to join the Construction & Sustainability Team, which is a centre of excellence for work skills to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Level 1 & 2 students working towards a Plumbing & Heating BPEC qualification. You will teach Plumbing and Gas‑related studies to apprentices, design assessments, and deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused education. The role requires development of curriculum and implementation of teaching and learning strategies that enable students to succeed and thrive in their chosen subject area.

Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused education to Level 1 & 2 students pursuing Plumbing & Heating BPEC qualification.
Teach Plumbing and Gas‑related studies to apprentices and design assessments.
Develop curriculum and implement teaching and learning strategies that enable students to succeed and thrive.

Qualifications

Previously taught up to Level 3 standard.
Possess a Level 5 certificate in teaching, or be willing to work towards this qualification.
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Assessing.
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing & Heating.
