Driver with Own Vehicle – Stockport

Pay: £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay) plus 30p per mile for travel between clients.

Routes Healthcare is a leading home‑care provider. We are a care company, not an agency, and we support people in their own homes, not in care homes. We put individual healthcare needs first. You will be travelling to clients’ homes throughout the day to provide person‑centered care and support.

What you'll be doing:

  • Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting medication management
  • Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Working solo or as part of a 2‑person team depending on client needs
  • Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
  • Travelling between client visits during your shift

Shift patterns & hours

  • Full‑time and part‑time hours available
  • Range of shifts available Monday to Sunday (weekend availability required)
  • Shifts allocated based on business needs and your availability
  • Once committed to a shift, you must complete the full shift reliably
