As a Booking and Scheduler for the ECG department your main duties will cover:
- Managing waiting lists by priority and date order
- Booking those next on the list to a date and time that suits them
- Answering and signposting general enquiries from patients calling our appointments line
- Working collaboratively with the directorate team to ensure the capacity & demand balance is right
- Organising your workload and being organised
- Helping to supervise when needed the reception team
- Covering on reception when needed
