Contract: Permanent | Part Time | Hours: 25 hours per week (09.30 AM to 14.30 PM, Monday to Friday) | Pay: £13.55 per hour | Location: Pladis, Crossley Road, Stockport, Cheshire, England, M19 2SD (Travel between Pladis sites is required)
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps across roles, including RA/CWI compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update the training matrix, ensuring accuracy, visibility and real-time compliance tracking.
- Coordinate and monitor completion of mandatory training programmes (e.g. RA, CWI, Food Safety, H&S).
- Work with site management to ensure risk assessments (RA) and safe systems of work are supported by appropriate training.
- Support the delivery and scheduling of inductions, refresher training and competency assessments.
- Track and report on training compliance metrics, highlighting risks and overdue training.
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance reviews (internal and external, e.g. BRCGS, client audits).
- Maintain training records and documentation in line with compliance and audit requirements.
- Liaise with supervisors and managers to ensure team capability aligns with operational risk levels.
