The role is to support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Managing emails, calendars, and meeting coordination
- Preparing, formatting, and maintaining documents
- Assisting with data entry, reporting, and project records
- Supporting finance-related admin tasks (e.g. invoicing, expenses)
- Helping coordinate internal processes and communications
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and databases
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (or willing to learn)
- Interested in business administration and sustainability
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- A positive and reliable team player
- A recognised Business Administration qualification
- Practical, real-world experience in a consultancy setting
