- Be a good role model for the children.

- Be constantly learning on the job.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or above (qualification preferred but not essential).
- Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Hold current paediatric first aid (preferred but not essential).
- Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.
- Good knowledge of the statutory framework as stated by OFSTED.
- Enhanced DBS undertaken.
