Responsibilities:
- Sing out of tune and dance like no one is watching.
- Read endless stories.
- Go outdoors whatever the weather.
- Give lots of cuddles.
- Get involved in messy play and be prepared to get covered in all sorts.
- Form good relationships with the children and their parents/carers.
- Be a good role model for the children.
- Get stuck in, use initiative and work as part of a team.
- Be constantly learning on the job.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or above (qualification preferred but not essential).
- Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
- Hold current paediatric first aid (preferred but not essential).
- Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.
- Good knowledge of the statutory framework as stated by OFSTED.
- Enhanced DBS undertaken.
