Our client, a reputable and multi-award-winning car dealer group operating across South Wales and Southern England, is seeking a highly skilled Dealer Accountant to oversee financial operations at their dealership in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to contribute to a dynamic, growing organisation recognised for excellence in the automotive industry.
Salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Performance-related bonus of approximately £5,000 annually.

Duties:
- Production of management accounts for dealership sites
- Full monthly reconciliation of the balance sheet and accounts
- Supporting non-financial managers with financial insights and information
- Assisting the central accounts team with various financial processes
- Maintaining Kerridge (Keyloop) dealer management system to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Ensuring all financial activities adhere to company policies and industry standards
- Preparing documentation and schedules for internal and external auditors
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid financial decision-making
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dealership Accountant or similar role within a fast-paced automotive environment
- Well-presented with a positive work ethic and detail-oriented approach
- Highly organised, able to meet strict deadlines, and an effective team player
- Enthusiastic with a proactive problem-solving attitude
- IT literate, ideally with Kerridge/Keyloop experience
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and dealership accounting procedures
