About this job:

You need evidence of a Higher apprenticeship level 5 / Foundation Degree in related subject / assistant practitioner qualification or equivalent OR Health related qualification E.g. NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or higher. Or be willing to undertake assistant practitioner training.

You will have the opportunity to work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, which includes other allied health professionals, nursing, medics, social workers and psychology.

Your role will involve working closely with other agencies, carers, service users, families, the local community and Community Mental Health Teams, ensuring continuity of service is provided at a high level.
