Compensation and Contract
Pro‑Rata approximately £5,974 (subject to the National Joint Council (NJC) pay award from April 2026, pending agreement). Fixed‑term contract until 31 August 2027 with potential to become permanent.
Working Hours and Schedule
Required as soon as possible; 5 days per week.

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification suitable for EYFS.
- Have recent and relevant experience in a primary school setting.
- Work effectively, flexibly, and supportively as part of a team.
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children and the school.
- Demonstrate high expectations of conduct and act as a role model, leading by example.
- Participate in all aspects of St. Leonard’s school life.
