Overview
- Provide specialist communication advice to staff across the organisation including directors and senior leaders.
- Develop and implement communication plans and activities in alignment to the communications strategy and the Trust's key priorities.
- Design and lead communications which are reflective of the Trust's strategic direction and commensurate with best practice, political agendas and corporate style.
- Design and deliver complex campaign approaches and tools in the context of the intended audience and complexities of issue.
- Act independently in the delivery of campaign, communicating effectively to the wider team and organisation and ensuring that the direction is in line with corporate requirements.
- Participate and contribute to the team's wider planning processes to support and advise colleagues from their area of specialism.
- Develop and produce campaign materials including copywriting, proof-reading and content which can be used across digital platforms.
- Confidently liaise with media contacts on key issues and prepare press releases/media responses as required.
