We are seeking to appoint a talented and inspiring teacher that could teach Food Tech / Hospitality & Catering. Applications from those who are also able to contribute to our broad and balanced curriculum through additional areas such as Childcare, Health & Social Care and Preparation for Adulthood, including ECT teachers are welcomed.
The successful candidate will be motivated by the belief that every young person can achieve their potential. While previous experience of working in a SEN environment is desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important. Experience of teaching learners with complex needs or experiential learning would also be of interest.
Our young people have complex needs which can present complex emotional and behavioural needs which mean they need more support than most.

Responsibilities:
- Teach Food Tech / Hospitality & Catering or contribute to the broad and balanced curriculum in other areas as appropriate
- Engage and support learners, including those with complex needs or emotional/behavioural challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, assess, and monitor progress
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student welfare
