Key Responsibilities
- Completing general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, showering, and dressing
- Offering reassurance, companionship, and emotional support through meaningful conversation
- Making and changing beds
- Serving meals and providing support during mealtimes
- Safely using moving and handling equipment in line with training
- Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner
