We have an opportunity available for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Greengate House based in St. Helens, WA9 5LT.
Salary: £13.90 per hour.
Hours: 15 hours and 33 hours contract available.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Support Worker, you will supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring values‑based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support. You will support adults with various conditions including learning disabilities, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.
Qualifications
Previous support worker experience is essential. You must have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. On joining Making Space you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
