We are looking to welcome a compassionate, flexible, and motivated Female Waking Night Support Worker to our Whitfield Lodge service in St Helens. The ideal candidate will be a warm, organised, caring and flexible individual and able to provide practical and emotional support to staff and service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and support with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Assist individuals in leading fulfilling, valued lives and actively participate in the community.
- Support service users in gaining independence, confidence, and competence in daily living skills, money management, social skills, and more.
- Work collaboratively with families and professionals to provide consistent, individual-focused care.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
Qualifications
No previous care experience is needed. A passion for providing person‑centred care and support is sought, and a willingness to work in a bright, friendly environment.
Training
Full training is provided by the Creative Support Training Academy, with the opportunity to work toward a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
