Based at our state-of-the-art Omega Distribution Centre, located at the Omega Business Park just off Junction 8 of the M62, we are now looking for Distribution Centre Cleaners; you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operational facilities provide a safe and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.
Reporting to the Cleaning Team Manager, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of our cleaning operations by completing both scheduled and ad hoc cleaning tasks to an exceptional standard.
In this role, you’ll focus on upholding health and safety compliance, replenishing stock levels, and completing all mandatory training.
Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that all cleaning activities meet our rigorous standards, supporting the efficiency and functionality of our distribution centre.
Working as part of the wider cleaning team, you’ll collaborate with various departments across the site, including Warehouse Operations, Transport, and Maintenance, to deliver a seamless and effective service.
Package Salary & Hours £13 per hour plus 19% NSA between 10pm and 6am 15 hours per week 10pm to 6am Saturday & Sunday Employee Benefits Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service.
Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.

Job Overview
- Scheduled Cleaning: Complete all allocated cleaning activities to meet the required standards.
- Ad-Hoc Requests: Respond promptly to unplanned cleaning tasks as needed.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Perform equipment checks and adhere to all safe systems of work policies.
- Training: Complete all mandatory and refresher training to ensure competency.
- Stock Management: Replenish cleaning stock to maintain required levels.
- Documentation: Accurately record information in compliance with company policies.
- Team Support: Provide assistance across the cleaning function in line with business needs.
Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as warehousing or hospitality, is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Commitment to upholding high health and safety standards.
