An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sprayer Operator to join a leading top fruit farming business based near Tenbury Wells. This is a hands-on role working across a well-managed fruit enterprise, responsible for carrying out crop spraying operations and supporting the wider farm team during the growing season.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining spraying equipment to ensure crops are treated efficiently and safely. You will play a key role in supporting crop health by applying plant protection products accurately and in line with best practice, helping the business maintain high-quality fruit production standards.
Alongside spraying duties, the role may involve assisting with general orchard operations where required, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard and following all relevant health, safety and environmental procedures.

- Hold PA1, PA2 and PA6 spraying qualifications
- Confident operating spraying machinery safely and efficiently
- As no accommodation is available, applicants must live locally to the Tenbury Wells area
The Package:
- Hourly rate £15–£18 per hour DOE
