You’ll be delivering a wide range of sports and physical activities across nurseries, schools and holiday camps. Our staff aren’t just typical sports coaches. This isn’t just a coaching job. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive sports and activity sessions tailored to different ages, abilities, and needs.
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.
  • Offer enrichment sessions, ranging from glow‑in‑the‑dark dodgeball and Quidditch, to focused football and rugby skill development.
  • Lead story‑based and adaptive activities that spark imagination, from exploring distant planets to wading through jungles in search of treasure, turning movement into magical adventures.
  • Inspire and motivate children by being a positive role model who builds confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
  • Create memorable experiences by bringing energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every session.
  • Adapt sessions to meet the individual needs of all children, including those with SEND.
  • Take part in ongoing training with full access to resources and equipment.

  • Previous coaching or teaching experience and relevant qualifications.
